You can cancel your order within 24 hours by calling our helpline number +91-000000000 or by mailing us at help@farah.co.in. Any amount paid will be credited directly into your Bank account or your farah.co.in account wallet.

Order will not be cancelled once it is processed in our warehouse and dispatched. Please check returns/refund policy.
Items purchased on sale will not be cancelled or refunded.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (shipped) it, by contacting our customer support team at +91-9168076000 or by mailing us at help@farah.co.in. If we have shipped the order, then reshipping charges of 250 INR will have to be paid.
I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
For all prepaid orders, you will receive a refund in your Bank account or your farah.co.in account wallet immediately after your order has been cancelled.

What is your return policy?
If you change your mind about a product, you can return it within 30 days. If your product was sent tracked, the 30-day window begins when the delivery takes place. If your product wasn't sent tracked, the 30-day window begins on the last day of the estimated delivery date. There are some exceptions which you won't be able to return, e.g., perishable goods, personalised items, etc. See details and exclusions.
What is your returns process?
To return your product, simply:
Go to the Orders page in your Farah account
Find the order with the product you'd like to return
Click the 'Return Items' button and select a reason for your return
How do I know if you've received my return?
We'd always advise sending your return tracked for your own peace of mind and to cover you in the event of any courier delays. We do only size exchange once for all orders; items once sold are not taken back.
I ordered a wrong item. Can I return it?
The sellers' return policies don't support the return of item(s) ordered wrongly. You can refer to the respective seller's Returns policy on the product page.
What should I do if I find the package open or tampered on delivery?
You can request for the item to be replaced by visiting 'My Orders'. Use the 'Return' option & fill out the details of the issue so that we can help you.
Can I change the address for the pick-up of the item(s) in my order?
If the pin code of the new address is serviceable for pick-up, the address can be changed while creating the return. The address cannot be changed in case the new address is not serviceable.
Note:
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail (We do not have reverse pick-up facility), as any returned items not received by www.farah.co.in will be treated as not returned.
Purchase made during SALE are not eligible for any kind of Return or exchange.

Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.
Custom orders are non-returnable. (If there is a mismatch of colour as shown in the website, we will exchange the product.)

If you require a replacement of size, colour, or alternative item(s), you are required to initiate a return process of the same.
